Comfort Hotel Great Yarmouth, Great Yarmouth

Unfortunately, the hotel's rooms were very tired and not well-maintained, with cleanliness issues including a poorly cleaned toilet and mold. However, the hotel staff was friendly, especially the housekeeper and reception. The location was convenient, close to the beach, but let down by subpar furniture in the rooms. The dining experience was overpriced, though the food quality was good. The facilities were lacking in quality.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything with easy access to the beach. The rooms, on the other hand, were a bit of a letdown with some maintenance issues and noise disturbances from the kitchen. The service was pleasant overall, but there was a notable lack of apology for some issues we faced. Dining could use some improvement, especially in terms of timing and staffing.
